in and out of my body allot during trance.. on psychiatric medication, which is a huge achievement

I have been practicing awareness bounce for more then 6 months for at least 1 hour in that range(rough estimation) each day

I would like to share how I actually learnt to do it.

The awareness bounce is like a muscle overtime it gets stronger. when you practice the awareness bounce rope pulling muscle gets stronger because both awareness bounce and rope pulling come from the same wave length.

I have blockages that is holding my astral body together while trying to astral project. However I was freeing myself by attempting to astral project braking down blockages that is holding me in my body.

Note I will keep practicing NEW life long
