Actually here is a documentary about people living without eating and drinking but its in german. The titel is 'am anfang war das licht'

Its very interesting you could probably find it on youtube with subtitels.

In the movie the do show people how underwent medical test. 3 times a swiss guy made one but even the hospital promised to publish it they didnt at the end. There is only one published test from an indian guy which u can also find in english.
