Lately I have been trying two things that I have found to be helpful: changing my beliefs with manifestation and deep breathing. In both the neg will now attempt to generate the sensation that I am setting intentions against others as I use the two methods, and this feels really real when it happens. And the negative thought form will also bring to mind famous occultists--so as to attempt to set off their defenses and to generate trouble--when I use manifestation.
Any advice would be appreciated
