    Teeth grinding

Just had another oobe. From dreaming to conscious awake to out of body aware. I am now so good at recognising my state and taking full advantage of it.
Everything is going so well apart from the annoying fact that I'm grinding my teeth which of course is stopping me from getting out properly. This time I tried rolling from the head to loosen and also putting my astral hands in my mouth to release the pressure.
It seems I grind when I'm in an intense state anyway. Although I guess I was a little upset today which may have caused stress and grinding.
I would love to finally break free from my body and have a good old wander about but what to do with the teeth?

Izan, congratulations on going so well.

Teeth grinding is a common problem associated with stress. You could

    1. Try relaxing more. Binaural beats can help.
    2. See your dentist and get a night splint made up (consider it anyway for the health of your teeth)
    3. Try worming yourself I read it, okay, mothers do these things.

I read it on the Combantrim packet when I wormed the family because my youngest had an itchy bum. It's apparently a symptom.

The things you learn on these forums.

So next time I have an itchy bum, I know where to come.
