one thing to remember also is that if you do a lot of energy work (NEW, Tai Chi) you will eventualy release energy blockages. Those can be felt like that movement down the arm you described. And is a perfectly normal consequence of energy work. I think everyone know the diffrence of bad blood circulation and energy movements. And be sure to expect them when doing energy work.

That's a good point Mekiel , energy exercises can cause such sensations . Positive energy can be discerned from negative energy .

strong energy sensaitions in/over my right hand arm.
I think its moving along my arm to and from my hand .

Imho , this could be positive energy as experienced by energy body development .

and im feeling mild to moderate ackeing/tension in my arm

Pain can occur as the energy body opens up so this could be positive or negative .

It feels like someone is tightly griping my arm.Can enyone help me?[

But constriction associated with pain imho sounds negative especially if it associated with burning or anxiety .
