Normally I notice it when waking up. Today for the first time, before
taking a nap, the NEW may have triggered this "500 BPM" heart beat
people are talking about. For others working with the NEW I decided
to share an observation. Simply from a noobs viewpoint, whom have
absolutely no control over the chakras. Rather trying to catch them in
the act and work from there. This then becomes an exerise of
observation in monitoring charka activity.
Taking a nap after work. Doing the daily routine of using the NEW,
and putting myself in a mode of observation. Starting to feel this
<brrrrrrr> in the chest and getting small falling sensations. These
falling sensations comes in short pulls, sometimes downwards or
sometimes to either left of right. I depends of the relaxing or lay down
position. For example laying on the side, it's forward. On the back, it's
downwards. Never get it while laying on the stomach.
Using the NEW on my right foot, Observing, I'm noticing something
beating extremely fast in the chest. This is it. Like a straight pulse of
tap tap tap tap. Instantly, knowing this is not the physical or biological
heart. Deciding to try and have it verifed in switching the focused
attention between the regular heart beat and this chakra pulse beating,
listening in.
There is a difference. The biological heart beats at a slow phase.
Switching the focus, then the this high speed "tapping" comes back.
It's not coming from the middle of the chest, as I would have thought
from other people describing this. More to the left than the middle.
Nothing to the right. Found this strange.
Placing the observation inbetween both factors, conclusion is that the
beats are not running in sync either, or at all. Therefore they must be
two independent factors. Makes me think chakras are not a physical
property.
To some degree I may have felt like the chest was about to burst.
Thinking this was metaphysical, that sensation diminished also, but
not the pulse. That the sensation of burst was an expetation, or
assosiation from a physical event. Like self suggestion- think it, feel it.
Requires further investigation.
Moving to the chest again I'm focusing and using the NEW to enhance it,
and this works. Each time using the manuveour of spinning the awareness
on the area, it's getting more intence, to a point I start to feel the body
become strange and I'm about to OOBE. Noticed tingling in my left foot
at this point.
Was thinking from there if this would take me to the real time zone or into
the higher planes. Aborted, because my son had fallen asleep on the floor
after watching a cartoon. It wasn't the right time to try and OOBE directly.
Still interesting this rapide pulse. Something is moving extremely fast with
some steady timing inbetween the pulses. Without any delay or pause like
with a regular heart beat.
I'm sure the NEW did something here, but I'll try it again if moving the
awareness alone can trigger this pulse.
