Interaction with people not OOB...

Each time I have tried, it is the same 'eerie' kinda interaction. They seem to notice me at first but lose interest or become disassociated or forget right away... I will have to scream out or wave my hands etc... even when I do get thier attention, they forget immediately...
Q.. Is there some part of us that is intermittantly 'out' at all times??? Is this what I am experiencing??? How do you explain this???

There is a faint astral aspect of you projecting all the time...probably more accurately referred to as 'reflecting'.

The majority of people projecting in the astral are very one dimensional, as if most of their consciousness were not present.
