Apportation is what you're looking for... Unfortunately, there is a big lack of hard data or proof -- most accounts are similar to urban legends or ouija board stories that get passed down from person to person... I don't think I've ever heard of an out of body traveler doing it on his own...

Assuming that it is real, it seems to require a combination of a living human channel and a dead human ghost along with ungodly amounts of energy provided by other sitters in the room, first to manifest ectoplasm, and then to "cure" this ectoplasm into a tangible object. Even then, the objects are usually very small or very simple and sometimes lack detail...

You know, apportation was very popular in the nineteenth century when seances, mediums and ectoplasm were fairly 'common', and technology and people were simpler, so to speak. There is a long history of this kind of thing happening and being exposed as frauds- when technology got more sophisticated and people got more skeptical, apportation became more rare. I haven't looked at the video and have no opinion as to the talents of the particular person in it, but don't have a lot of belief in this sort of thing being done. Maybe it can be done, who knows, it's just that besides the socks in my dryer dissappearing, it's not something you hear about happening spontaneously to people, like other, more 'common' 'paranormal' phenomena.

Well, I don't know enough to judge if creating something in the astral will instantly create itself in the physical, but here is what I do think...

If you create the feeling of getting somethign you want in the astral, it will eventually manifest itself in the physical. Just as if you have a mental/emotional block, then that might manifest itself into a health problem. The law of attraction, to put it simply.
