NEW - Skin Rash

I have been working with the NEW exercises for a month now. I have developed sort of a skin rash/allergy.
I am vegeterian and have not eaten different from the past. How can one know if this is caused by the energy work?
What is the recommendation for those cases?

Yes, this does happen.
Here is what Robert has to say about this:

The NEW energetic development system, especially in the early stages, will occasionally cause temporary swellings, lumps and rashes, ....
If you do get any of these symptoms though, please treat them as you would any normal swelling, rash, blister or infection, and consult a medical doctor if you are worried.

To add to what I have said on this, it is also possible that NEW can make you more sensitive to chemicals. Diet drinks are a major problem here and can cause rashes and etc.

I would like to also confirm that rashes are associated with energy (re)development. This is especially true in cases where there have been major blocks for an extended period of time (years).

On the topic of sensitivity to chemicals, I can report that I appear to be much more sensitive to caffeine and also to codeine, both of which I've historically been able to take without incident.
