I don't think "more of the same" is usually not the way to go in energy development, especially in the beginning. 2 hours seems very long. A half hour seems more realistic for any exercise, especially at the beginning. It could be a good idea to divide your practice time over several of the things CF suggested, and limit your total exercise time.Originally Posted by going places
Like 9 women cannot deliver a baby in one month, some things need time to develop. There's also a difference between relaxed effort and strain. Strain usually hurts and has negative side effects.
