Chapter 8 of the Bhagavad Gita sounds very much like your High level projection technique from Astral Dyanamics.

Among other things it says, "Close down the doors of the senses and place the mind in the heart. Then, while absorbed in meditation, focus all energy upwards to the head. Repeating in this state the divine name, the syllable AUM, that represents the changless Brahman, you will go forth from the body and attain the supreme goal."


Clearly, to me this sacred scripture is talking about the trance state, and your high level projection technique
