Astral dynamics, book more comprehensive?

Also, to be fair... Astral Dynamics focuses almost entirely upon NEW and how it can be used in regards to Astral Projection. Along with many other subtle information regarding Projecting.
That said, the website seems to extend to other areas of the metaphysical too.
