Dream about learning to ward of negs.

Greetings,
just a dream i'd like to share with you all.
Had a nightmare this night (which I never have anything against),
actually I was dreaming in the dream, that i had a nightmare and suddenly
some entity explained me that you could put different jars of different herbal
extractions in the room, to protect you from these so called nightmare beings, if they haunted you.

In the dream I tried this and fell asleep in the dream again and it seemed to work pretty well.
No disturbances or anything.

Just wondering why someone would tell me how to avoid nightmares, when I am not afraid of
them as such. Most of my nightly obes have actually been triggered by nightmares so as such I consider
them an asset.

Haha yeah,
to bad that i only remember the general "story line" in my dreams,
not particulars like phone numers, recipes or things like that.
I might be needing to work on dream recall some more eventhough I think i
am pretty good at it :/.
I hate in dreams when I get phonenumbers (did that twice), and i cant
remember them when i wake. Well not that i can remember phonenumbers when
i am awake normally anyway

edit:
come to think of it, it was jars with lotion like content some herb mixtures,
i think it was kind of common herbs like you use in seasoning and such.
But sadly I dont remember the particulars. Propablt thats why i rarely have
any information from dreams cause the guides cant be bothered when i cant remember :/
