Hey, i just got this book yesterday (Saturday), and i am waiting until it is Monday to get a fresh start and all. Well anyway i was reading the book up until what you are supposed to do for the first day, and i was reading about your energy body and all. I tried one of the techniqes that they said to use and i didn't feel anything. It wasn't actually a technique from the book but from some interview that was taken with Robert Bruce that i saw on YouTube. You where supposed to rub your palm for a bit then stop and imagine the feeling and be aware of what it felt like. Him and the guy both doing it and where both saying yeah it feels like im still touching it, and felt like a buzzing, but i didn't feel anything. How come i feel absolutely nothing, am i doing something wrong? I just wanted to try this out just to test it, but i don't want it to be like this for my first day too.
