I have just released a new blog and podcast site.

You can subscribe there to the RSS feed, and have links to new posts and podcasts sent to you as they are made. You can also subscribe through iTunes to podcasts are automatically downloaded to your computer or iPhone, etc. (I'm still fiddling with that part but it should work).

i enjoy your audio blog quite a bit, but just didn't feel like registering with word press or whatever to say so .. very nice though ... i've experienced the same thing with gravity, and flapping the arms like wings to gain elevation, and impact etc

Glad you like it.

I just added a very cool email subscribe feature, which makes it very easy to subscribe via email. Just pop your email address in the field, and it sends you an email...click the link and you are subscribed and will be notified of new posts. Unsubscribe any time by the notify emails.

I have now discovered video...so you'll find a lot of videos there too.
