My physical hands grab my etheric one...?

Hello Robert,

This morning I wanted to project and after strong vibes ( I don't use any exit technique, just go with the flow ) first my hands left the body and suddenly, I don't know why, my physical hands grab my etheric hands...I saw all of this and felt strong snatch on both of my etheric hands, I don't know if my eyes were shut or not...It was wtf feeling. Did you have some similar experiences and do you know why this happened
