Random Energy Tingling

Hello ...
Question ... I practice energy raising a few times a week ... not as consistent as I like.

Recently I have had a strange energy tingling sensation just below my left shoulder blade next to my spine. It's actually a very powerful sensation ... and it seems to come at random and lasts quite a while. Even when I raise energy, I never feel sensations as powerful as this (an exception is when I am working on my brow chakra.)

Can anyone give me advice on this? Is this a blockage of sorts or should I work it out naturally?

It's probably a blockage starting to resolve naturally.

Do you only do energy raising?

I do ... ideally I'd like to get to projection, but can't seem to break that barrier as of yet.
