Keep failing due to project due to vibrations.

I tried hard many times now. My whole-entire body starts to vibrate then my eyes start flutter and open and close at a fast speed.
I can feel my head shaking, this is the part that worries me, you said vibrations don't shake your body, its only the inside, but my body does shake. I can't seem to get past this part, and as I try, the vibrations slowly fades away. I think this is because I skipped the Trance stage. No matter how hard I try I never get into Trance I tried various Self-Hypnosis methods, but it is very difficult . Do you know why my body might shake and how to prevent this, as well as easier way into getting into Trance. I fear that I may have to depend on music from now on to reach Trance. Though I haven't started yet.
