I'm sure someone has asked this question before...I'll dare to ask it anyway. I'll be doing day36 tonight... the so much awaited transition week !
I'd like to know if the brain wave generator should be stopped at some stage, so far, I used it for an hour in a row....as long as I needed to complete my exercises.
I'm just wondering if I need to stop it before I start with the loosening exercise or just let it go ...
