MAP Day 15 Energy raising?

Hi everybody,
I'm trying to raise my energy but I have little reaction with sponging action.
Instead of sponging I tried to imagine a sort of hoover that attract my energy from my feet to the storage center. This method work for me fairly better than sponging but I don't understand wether is the correct way to do the energy work or not. Could you say me if I do in the right way?

Hi godigol. The purpose of the sponging action is to make you feel energy sensations. Does the vacuum action make you feel energy movement?

Yes, I feel strong energy movements and tingling sensations like "crawling with ants".

Ah, the 'maledetto' apostrophe. The funny thing is that I wrote problema and then changed it to problemo because it sounded too much like spanish (which I speak, lol.)
