Shocks while clensing core images

I got shocked by a negative spirit once while using your technique for cleansing core images.

Somehow after flipping over an image, I ended up inside the stomach of an astral spider. I started stabbing the insides with a visualized sword and got angry. I then put down the sword and hit the spider with my fist and was shocked on the part of my hand that was used to hit the astral spider.

Because I haven't used the technique often, I'm wondering if you can tell me what kinds of things I can to in the future to prevent myself from getting shocked when I use the core image cleansing method.

I suggest you use larger and more powerful weapons, eg, flame thrower, laser, RPG, explosives.

Visualized items function according to analogy and intention.
