I seem to have gone through a bit of a reality shift here.

Sorry about this. The information I am referring to is in my APM (astral projection mastery) course on www.astraldynamics.com

The method involved is called the 'Two Tubes' method, which is my way of making the Merkaba method work. This creates the 'light ship' said to be related to the Merkaba method. I experimented with this and found the Merkaba method unworkable, and that even those who teach this and write about it cannot actually do it. My 'Two Tubes' method is a way around this, to make it work.

The Basic Method for this is in my book, Energy Work....The Two Tube Method....which here is used to stimulate the energy body as a whole, using a double plank action.

To use this as the ultimate OBE method, you need to be laying straight in bed. This cannot be done sitting as the body needs to be straight.

Get the two tubes moving in opposite directions until you are comfortably holding the action.

Command silently! (focusing on the inner tube) "this tube spins at the speed of light!" Repeat a few times and really put some 'zing' into the action and see and feel it moving at incredible speed.

Shift attention to outer tube

Command silently! "This tube spins at the speed of light!" and see and feel this spin at incredible speed.

Shift attention to hold both tubes and Command silently and strongly "These tubes spin at the speed of light"

and feel them both accelerate so fast they become almost invisible with speed.

If you get this right, you'll experience a minds eye explosion of light 'major' and be expelled out of body.

The first time I did this I had a dozen OBE's, real time and astral, in 30 minutes, with full recall.

You do not need a trance state or anything fancy for this. You just need to be very relaxed, like you are when you first wake up in the morning. This is a good time to do it. Just wake up, roll onto your back, settle a little, and go straight into the two tube merkaba method.

I am starting a new book 'Advanced Astral Dynamics' which will, among other things, contain these methods.

This will be a relatively small book, 120 pages, and I will first publish this as an eBook.
