Foot burning

I feel a pressure or compression around the foot. Suddenly the was a
wave like a burning sensation. It felt like a flame or hot water.

Tried to lay the other foot on top of the other. And the one I'm not
focusing on start to tingle to. Was just curious if it would affect another
area.

Obviously I can't see this energy, but does it float around in an
area outside the body?

I'll try and set up a microphone and record with audacity, to see
if this kundalini creates static noise. For the fun of it.

What were you doing when this happened?

[Triot]

I was laying in bed. NEW two times a day and switching from
sofa to bed. Standard routine of moving awareness up and
down, around and around. Tingling, preassure, either zap,
now burn. There's a reason I stick to the foot.
