In "Energy Work, you say ida and pingala run behind the rear molars.

I know the sushumna runs from the base to the center of the top of the head, but I still don't really know where it runs in the mouth region.

In which specific anatomical structure does the sushumna run in the mouth region? The windpipe?

G'day,

This structure can be said to run up the windpipe and through the base of the tongue. This is why, in certain yoga practices for energy and kundalini, the tongue is folded back and touched to the roof of the mouth. This makes the flow of energy there easier.
