Energy and magick

my question is about the relation between energy work(i mean having a healthy and good strong energy body )and practicing magick and rituals
does it make it more effective
or theres no relation

Some define magick as the ability to use energy to create a desired effect- so it follows that the more control over your energy body, the more control of your ability to create. However, there is also the need to control your mind, and it's creative ability, which is why many magical works include mind training as part of the things to be learned.

Pretty much ALL magickal ritual is designed as a means to focus your intention and your energy. The more energy you can generate and direct, the more effective any spellwork is likely to be. Yes, in my opinion and experience, there is a relationship between energy work and effective magickal workings, regardless of the path or paradigm.
