Alarm clock technique


hey guys .....


I used to try this method alot , might actually try it again when i get some time off work it is this>


1> Set your alarm to go off at a time when you are usually in a deep sleep, lets say 2 in the morning for troubleshoot sake.

2> When you are awaken by the alarm clock, just move your arm to it and switch it off, move your arm back but dont move the rest of your body.

3> allow yourself to drift back but maintain a semi-con state while willing yourself for the vibrations to occur.

Aslong as you mentaly hold consciousness at this point, with abit luck it will propell you into either a Lucid dream state , or a semi-con projection. It worked for me several times.

In my opinion it skips out alot of the hard work, because when you awaken your Mind and body , you are already very close to a highly medatitive state, because you were in a deep sleep!
