i have Astral dynamic is this better than MAP. It's just 'different'. Astral Dynamics (the original edition) is a very comprehensive encyclopedia of the theory of projection- chock-full of information, the whys and whats, and also information on energy work. The new edition is more streamlined and in line with Robert's beliefs and discoveries as they have evolved throughout the years.
The MAP program is a step by step how-to program that takes you through the process of learning to project, from the beginning. Although it's very informative and descriptive, it's purpose is not to educate you about the nonphysical world, it's to systematically teach you how to do it.

i also have MAP on cd... The CD set (Six CDs in the set) has a book in it that roughly tells you what you should do with it, and you just listen to the beats and follow the directions of the voice actor in it. It is better to have an idea how to do energy work already because it just tells you what to do. Luckily we have a lot of information here and in the website on how to do the exercises.

But on the MAP cd's the second cd have the second title with nothing on it or it's my cd that have a probblem??? :D :D :D All CDs should have something on it. If you hear what sounds like white noise it's the binaurals- the booklet should tell you what's supposed to be in it, but it shouldn't be 'nothing', unless you have a problem.

Unless you are talking about the Brainwave Generator CD-ROM that comes with the original book MAP version? That one goes on a computer, not a CD player.
