I know that musical tastes are very personal, and that not everyone is likely to enjoy these songs as much as I do but I worked with these songs a lot in my earlier meditations (and I still do, actually) and they helped me a lot to build some meditation skills at firts, so I thought it would be a shame to keep these amazing songs for my enjoyment alone!

When I Live by the Garden and the Sea

This one is truly perfect for mediation, really peaceful and relaxing with lots of bell sounds.

This one is pure joy and totally uplifting. I would not choose this to try to induce a trance state, as for me, it seems to raise something in me instead of inducing trance and I actually feel more awake, more energized and joyful.

All the Sails

This one works powerfully on me!
I try to breath in and out according to the rythm of the song and I surrender to it, let it carry me on its wave until we reach the shore together... A wonderful journey everytime!

The Well-Meaning Professor

This one is different from the other songs as it features only a piano... Played so beautifully and with so much intensity... To me, it's a true wonder.
Again, not fit to induce trance although it does have effects on my energy body, since the song resonates so much in me. I let it carry me, I try to feel it, to forget everything but the song, to be totally there, in the present, to live it as it plays. I think it does build meditation skills after all : concentration, focusing thoughts and reaching a type of «be here now» state.

Well, I hope you have a great time listening to these!
