View Full Version : Falun Dafa

6th April 2006, 03:38 AM
Oooook. So anyone heard of this method of cultivation? I'm not going to go into detail about it as you can read about it by seraching it on the web by the name falun dafa or falun gong.

I am putting this under psychic self defense because this is the third time I have gotten myself sucked into reading about this stuff. I realize that on our planet there are many different practices and some are right for and some are wrong. I'm not saying this practic is wrong as I have met someone, (who first introduced me to it) who had quite a weird disease similar to MS but not as severe but it baffled doctors as it was unique. He had trouble through a lot of his early life got into psychedelic drugs and then eventually foundthis which compeltely cured him with 3 moths of practice.

Now my problem has been that I keep getting sucked back towards it which ends up in myself having to pull myself away from it with incredible will power or have help from my reiki master. The first time I started reading the book a few years ago I had a massage which took out some nasty knots in my back I had developed form it. Stress is narsty!

I guess I am curious as to why something that is suppsoed to heal can do so much damage to me and in a way render an entire day or two useless. After having firmly gournded myself earlier this evening I do feel that my attachement to this practice isn't good for me (DUH) and it is related to possession and negs. If it is possession it's not anything too severe. At one point today I jsut started swearing non stop and punched the wall pretty hard. I am NOT the sort of person who does this... ever...

So anyone else come across this or have similar experiences with certain "groups"?

Perhaps the reason I react so heavily to it is that it is slightly cultish in the sense that you can't do falun dafa and also do yoga or some other time of energy work like NEW on the side. It's somewhat strict and you must follow the guy who created it's beleifs.

As far as I'm concerned they are a cult, and I wish they would stop trying to use the Buddha and Buddhism to try to make themselves appear valid. I think they are actually worse than Theosophy and Eckankar combined.

Agreed... I believe that they are a cult as well. Tom what's the story on Theosophy as a cult? I thought that encompassed a wider sort of philosophy... ? I admit I don't know much about it, other than it seems to parallel a lot of my personal beliefs.

I also wonder about Scientology and its relation to negs and such? I similarly believe it is a cult, based on what I have read, and for the same reason.. people not allowed to practice anything else outside of it... YMMV, of course.

Upper level Scientologists do a kind of exorcising of alien spirits that are infesting their bodies using their "e-meter"... some Scientologists have experienced loud crackling or snapping in the room as they self-audit out these supposed spirits... I can't help but think that this is an ultimate playground for negs and the like, who cater to their beliefs and help induce soul fragmentation and psychosis breaks ... psychosis breaks being common on the upper levels. The founder L. Ron Hubbard had close ties with Satanists and his son claimed in a Penthouse interview that Scientology was simply a long drawn out version of black magic.

There are so many groups out there, trying to prey on people who are trying to grow, spiritually... Best to always keep your gut intuition cranked on high...

Okay. One of the crazier things that the Theosophists tried was to make the next Buddha come early, by possessing a volunteer rather than taking birth. They also tried to center around J. Krishnamurti, who rejected their attempts to make him into a cult leader. Mostly, though, I don't like Theosophy because of its influence on Evans-Wentz and the "translations" he attempted of Buddhist texts including "The Tibetan Book of the Dead" that he actually re-named based on the title of The Egyptian Book of the Dead.

My oh my, I think I have just come out of long drawn out relationship with Falun Dafa. I actually only ever went to one of their meetings once... Ugh I feel a lot better now but yesterday was full of releasing and getting myself back together. I don't overly want to write too much about everything that happened as it is in the past now. But yeah I am now ok with calling the ma cult :p

Thanks Tom for the heads up. I was able to go into it skeptically. Just read some of the book Zhuan Falun (not too much though!) I basiclaly ended up letting my guides go and completley opening up my energy field to them. My eating went way off too. I got really coinfused and my mum helped me et grounded again.

*phew*

But I learned quite a bit from it. I has quite an experience meeting a very High level being from the Pleiades who has now been visiting me every night. I always felt a connection to them (Pleiadians) and I now have confirmation that this is where I came from in my immediate past life!

Zak M-K

please..do explain your experience with the plaedians. I've heard of this only once before.

I find it horribly fascinating. Lucky you. Although I'm not sure I could handle the nightly visits. What are those like?

thx

Wasn't falun gong the ones responsible for the Japanese Subway attacks?

19th April 2006, 12:03 AM
No I don't think they were, they are very peaceful... but that doesn't mean that what they do is healthy.

The pleiadian experiences I have had have been great for me. The most intense one was while I was i nthe middle of this whole Falun Dafa thing. It was almsot like the entity that visited me was just coming in to re-assure me that I would make it and that everything is going in the right direction. The one experience was sort of like an enfoldment. It was late at night and I wwasn't able to sleep and quite restless.

My mind sort of just went quiet and I just knew that that there were multiple beings in the room "working" on me. I have had several different extra terrestrial type being encounters (on the astral, while not projected) and these beings were definetly 'good" ones or the pleiadians! The grey's or reptiles tend to be the presense that you don't want to have around as they aren't on the planet for humanities highest good :p

I guess when I tuned into the level that these entities were working on they all seemed to acknowledge me. (this bit is difficult to describe as it happened from what I could tell on the astral plane but it was also overlayed on the physical realm) There was a more powerful force descending from the sky/pleiades star cluster, and I got the sens eof a unisexual being that was composed of light. Quite humanoid in stature but not humanoid in characterisitics. It just looked at me and said (without words... telepathically?) Sun/Son... the word had that double meaning.

This just sent ripples of energy and various emotions of joy and surrender through me. This helped me reclaim my will power to stop Falun Dafa and overpower whatever was making me do it (neg attack!).

Let me add that this time in my life is incredibly challenging and confusing. Our family is experiencing the death of my Granny and just a month ago my very young aunt died. So mutliple stresses from outside and internal sources most likely opened up my feild for neg attack.

Yeah, well there is such a thing as passive-aggressive...you can be peacefully subverted. Anything that takes you down in your sense of self is not healthy.

Tell me if any of this sounds familiar:

Coercive psychological systems are behavioral change programs which use psychological force in a coercive way to cause the learning and adoption of an ideology or designated set of beliefs, ideas, attitudes, or behaviors. The essential strategy used by the operators of these programs is to systematically select, sequence and coordinate many different types of coercive influence, anxiety and stress-producing tactics over continuous periods of time.

In such a program the subject is forced to adapt in a series of tiny "invisible" steps. Each tiny step is designed to be sufficiently small so the subjects will not notice the changes in themselves or identify the coercive nature of the processes being used. The subjects of these tactics do not become aware of the hidden organizational purpose of the coercive psychological program until much later, if ever. These tactics are usually applied in a group setting by well intentioned but deceived "friends and allies" of the victim. This keeps the victim from putting up the ego defenses we normally maintain in known adversarial situations.

The coercive psychological influence of these programs aim to overcome the individual's critical thinking abilities and free will - apart from any appeal to informed judgment. Victims gradually lose their ability to make independent decisions and exercise informed consent. Their critical thinking, defenses, cognitive processes, values, ideas, attitudes, conduct and ability to reason are undermined by a technological process rather than by meaningful free choice, rationality, or the inherent merit or value of the ideas or propositions being presented.

How Do They Work?
The tactics used to create undue psychological and social influence, often by means involving anxiety and stress, fall into seven main categories.

TACTIC 1
Increase suggestibility and "soften up" the individual through specific hypnotic or other suggestibility-increasing techniques such as:Extended audio, visual, verbal, or tactile fixation drills, Excessive exact repetition of routine activities, Sleep restriction and/or Nutritional restriction.

TACTIC 2
Establish control over the person's social environment, time and sources of social support by a system of often-excessive rewards and punishments. Social isolation is promoted. Contact with family and friends is abridged, as is contact with persons who do not share group-approved attitudes. Economic and other dependence on the group is fostered.

TACTIC 3
Prohibit disconfirming information and non supporting opinions in group communication. Rules exist about permissible topics to discuss with outsiders. Communication is highly controlled. An "in-group" language is usually constructed.

TACTIC 4
Make the person re-evaluate the most central aspects of his or her experience of self and prior conduct in negative ways. Efforts are designed to destabilize and undermine the subject's basic consciousness, reality awareness, world view, emotional control and defense mechanisms. The subject is guided to reinterpret his or her life's history and adopt a new version of causality.

TACTIC 5
Create a sense of powerlessness by subjecting the person to intense and frequent actions and situations which undermine the person's confidence in himself and his judgment.

TACTIC 6
Create strong aversive emotional arousals in the subject by use of nonphysical punishments such as intense humiliation, loss of privilege, social isolation, social status changes, intense guilt, anxiety, manipulation and other techniques.

TACTIC 7
Intimidate the person with the force of group-sanctioned secular psychological threats. For example, it may be suggested or implied that failure to adopt the approved attitude, belief or consequent behavior will lead to severe punishment or dire consequences such as physical or mental illness, the reappearance of a prior physical illness, drug dependence, economic collapse, social failure, divorce, disintegration, failure to find a mate, etc.

These tactics of psychological force are applied to such a severe degree that the individual's capacity to make informed or free choices becomes inhibited. The victims become unable to make the normal, wise or balanced decisions which they most likely or normally would have made, had they not been unknowingly manipulated by these coordinated technical processes. The cumulative effect of these processes can be an even more effective form of undue influence than pain, torture, drugs or the use of physical force and physical and legal threats.

How does Coercive Psychological Persuasion Differ from Other Kinds of Influence?
Coercive psychological systems are distinguished from benign social learning or peaceful persuasion by the specific conditions under which they are conducted. These conditions include the type and number of coercive psychological tactics used, the severity of environmental and interpersonal manipulation, and the amount of psychological force employed to suppress particular unwanted behaviors and to train desired behaviors.

Coercive force is traditionally visualized in physical terms. In this form it is easily definable, clear-cut and unambiguous. Coercive psychological force unfortunately has not been so easy to see and define. The law has been ahead of the physical sciences in that it has allowed that coercion need not involve physical force. It has recognized that an individual can be threatened and coerced psychologically by what he or she perceives to be dangerous, not necessarily by that which is dangerous.

Law has recognized that even the threatened action need not be physical. Threats of economic loss, social ostracism and ridicule, among other things, are all recognized by law, in varying contexts, as coercive psychological forces.

Why are Coercive Psychological Systems Harmful?
Coercive psychological systems violate our most fundamental concepts of basic human rights. They violate rights of individuals that are guaranteed by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution and affirmed by many declarations of principle worldwide.

By confusing, intimidating and silencing their victims, those who profit from these systems evade exposure and prosecution for actions recognized as harmful and which are illegal in most countries such as: fraud, false imprisonment, undue influence, involuntary servitude, intentional infliction of emotional distress, outrageous conduct and other tortuous acts.

This reminds me of the Jim Jones group, The People's Temple, and drinking the Kool Aid. Does anyone else remember this, or is my age showing? :D This was/is about the worst outcome that a cult can have. If you want to know what following a cult could possibly end up like, read about this one. That'll keep you from joining anything that even remotely smacks of a cult. **shivers**

Ok, so there a cult :p

I guess I'm at that point in life where I am actually realizing that there is such thing as pure evil. Deep down it's not actually good. It's pure evil. I actually just destroyed a neg today and although I felt bad for actually killing it, it is something I have to get past. Its kind of like how I used to squish ants when I was little. Later on I learned that this is wrong. So I have been operating with the beleif that killing anything is wrong. But if it's for survival then I gues sit's ok.

If a cougar was pouncing at you while you were hiking and you saw it and had enough time to turn around and impale it in mid air by your sharpened walking stick then it's ok because it was about to get you if you didn't get it. We seem to be fairly safe in our houses and driving in our cars from "nature". But what we now face is the jungles of the astral dimension!

Yeah Painterhypnogirl I have read about the kool-aid cult. I read about them in a book in our school library. That's the sort of thing I did with my spare time :p Read about metaphysics, the occult and cults.

The tokyo bombing was blamed on the Aum Shinrikyo sect under its founder Asahara Shoko (born Chizuo Matsumoto).

Falun Gong or Falun Dafa is a cult with Chinese, not Japanese origins. It was started by Li Hongzhi and has no connection to the subway bombings in Tokyo.
