When my episodes erupted- my whole stomach convulsed and spasmed for over an hour. Literally for two days my abs felt like I was doing a 1000 crunches. That serpent metaphor is used for a reason. Kundalini can cause rage, unpure thoughts and godly christlike insight/abilities.
It can even mimic Tourettes and OCD episodes.
