View Full Version : NEW, reversed

Hey:

I've started to experiment a little bit (after of years of NEW working), and I'm curious if somebody else's done something similar.

The thing is, I used to do the common chakra activation sequence (from bottom to top), but I happened to reverse the order and start upside down. The idea could not be better, because it's as if I would have rediscovered my crown chakra. It adopts a translucent color and it is easier for me to let the energy fall down to influx the other ones.

After the whole process I repeat it again (but more rapidly) in the classic way, and all chakras respond to the stimulation nearly immediately.

I have to experiment quite more to get to any conclusions, so, in the meanwhile, I'd love to hear from whoever's done the same.

Greetings.

I don't exactly do that- I do 'chakra breathing' from the top down (I think I've described it before here somewhere) and then NEW on my chakras from the bottom to the top. A little different, but similar.

That's great to hear. I was concerned about some statement Robert Bruce did (I think so), where it was said upper chakra overworking could be unbalancing, and that empowering the lowest ones should be mandatory. That's why I do in the down-up and up-down... just in case.

He did say this, just to make sure that balance is maintained. Many people go to the third eye and do nothing else, and wonder why they get headaches. Or worse.

Robert points out that our culture tends to be very visual and intellectual, and, therefore, many have very activated brow chakras while in more earthy, agrarian cultures, people tend to have activated root chakras.
