Blocked chakras and intuiton

Can anyone tell me if claircognizance and intuitions are still possible with fully (or nearly fully) blocked crown and brow chakras?

In my opinion/experience: Intuition is still possible, even with blocked chakras/energy channels.

It is my understanding that intuition is always active. It is a person's inclination to notice or listen for it that becomes dysfunctional.

Chakras are a different story. They reflect energy flow. I do not see them related to intuition in any way.

claircognizance is, imo, developed when you know yourself. once you come to know yourself and realize inner silence and peace, then you unleash the capacity to know others.

it is like being stranded on a lake in a boat. if you were stranded on your boat and nearby someone else was stranded in their boat, you would be unable to help them until you helped yourself. fix your boat, then fix or tow theirs.
