Could you be more specific about what day you're talking about? The only think I found about 'developing dream objectives' is a comment at the end of the week, which is self-explanatory- after three weeks of recording your keywords and dreams, you should be thinking of what you want to do with them- become lucid? Remember them better? It's not a specific instruction, just a comment.

should i start doing reality checks from this week.....?(week 3) Is it included in the daily instructions?

Ok, the explanation is on the Week 3 Mind Taming pre-explanation (Page 82 on my edition). It is labeled Lucid Dream Objectives and begins:
"A secondary goal of this program is to take advantage of lucid dream techniques and to attempt to convert lucid dreams into out of body experiences. Although the exit itself is usually missed during a l.d.to OBE conversion, it provides excellent OBE experiences that keeps motivation high."...
...bla bla.... and goes into the objectives:
1- Become lucid in a dream
2. Return to your body without waking too fully
3. Employ an OBE technique....
And goes on and on on how to achieve many of these objectives, including reality checks, etc. All is described at the level you are going to employ them.

but whats the benefit of objectives if i dont do reality checks...dahhhhhhhh its so confusing....... Read that section again, it is explained.

When I was at that point, I decided that my objective was first to remember as many of my dreams as possible, and then to become lucid in them, and finally to project from a dream.
I then continued doing the keyword/journal thing (to assist in memory development), used reality checks in my daily life (to try to become aware in dreams) and at some point I did become lucid. Then when I did that, I flew away from the place I was, and then wrote everything up when I woke up (came back).
That's all there is to it- to have a dream objective is simply to decide what you want to do with your dreams.
