hi guys
how to know that i am doing the full-body circuit right and its storing the energy....?
i mean i have slight doubt that whether i am doing it right or not,because of the visualization thing

There is no wrong. Even if you don't do it 'perfectly', you will store the energy, because the sub navel storage is the most natural place to store it, and when you 'overfill' it, the energy immediately goes to the next storage center.

Again, think of the area as an empty bucket. If you throw water in it's general direction some of it is going to go in, no matter how bad your aim is.
So consider it something that you do even when you're not thinking- if you're directing it to the general area of 'below the navel', a little north of the sex parts' you won't miss.

Even if you manage to do it so wrong that the energy wouldn't get stored (which is probably highly unlikely), there would be no consequences- you'd just be the way you were before. But even that is unlikely because doing the exercise will stimulate your centers, even if you're not doing it 'perfectly'. But then, there is no 'perfect'.
