i woke up after having a dream;had buzzing all over body; tried for around half hour to pop out but had this feeling that my mind was to active; there wasnt any rubbish mental chatter but body seemed too relaxed while mind was awake.....i even tried energy body loossening technique but nothing seemed to work; what can i do next time to maximize my chances to having a obe?

Just close your eyes again, and wait some more, then try either loosening or en exit technique.
If you just woke up you prob. can go straight to the exit, because the buzzing is reentry, and your ebody is already loose.

but it feels lik if i move i will jus end up ruining the whole thing; i am having a hard time how my astral body will feel & if im jus hallucinating jus feeling my physical body....

what if when in the morning ur mind feels fully awake, can u still astral project or do u hav to be in deep meditative state borering sleep?

Then do an exit technique that doesn't involve moving. There are a few in the 'exit techniques' section of the OBE R&D section.

A deep meditative state feels like your mind is fully awake, so I'm not sure of what you mean by the question. But the morning is the best time (about an hour before you usually wake up) to get into this state, because you are relaxed already, and you won't go to sleep, because you already slept most of the night.
