I've noticed that with regards to neg attachments Robert often speaks of 'gristly lumps'. I have this what we call a fat-ball, I guess it's a cyst of sorts, right underneath the skin above my right collar bone. I first noticed it as a teenager, but I can't recall a time when I didn't have it.

It doesn't feel gristly, but just like a tiny ball of hard tissue. Can these also be neg attachments or can I rule it out?

If it's a lipoma, I'd rule it out. Unless it showed up right after an attack.

Ah 'lipoma', thanks, I couldn't find the English word for it. Yup, that's it, and it's never bothered me so I think I can safely ignore it.

If you want to draw a sacred symbol on it it won't hurt it, and you can feel secure that it's just a biological thing.
