I'm on day 47 I think, somewhere around there. I did my stuff tonight, got to the primary centers part and my whole body just lit up. I got so excited because this was new to me. I could feel it everywhere. I got to the exit training and I felt a tug on my pants twice. The oddest thing was it felt like the ground was pushing up under my chair and pushed my chair to the right. I think that broke my concentration. :| Anyone ever experience this? I'm sure it's part of the whole hallucination thing, but it was incredible and I feel fantastic.

Tracie :D

Hey Tracie.
I believe what you experienced was the beginning of dislocation- your energy body started loosening up and expanding, and your brain interpreted it as the environment moving. Good job, you're on your way.

I haven't seen this anywhere. My body buzzes all the time now. Is that from the primary centers?

That's from everywhere- it's just expanded awareness, and will smooth out with time.

I haven't seen this anywhere. Seen what?

I meant that I have not read it anywhere, about you body buzzing constantly.

I meant that I have not read it anywhere, about you body buzzing constantly. That's because after a bit it goes away.

Keep it up and you'll make it. It took me quite a while to learn how it's done, but once you do, it gets a whole lot easier! Good luck!

My biggest issue I think is the trance. I can't seem to go into the deep trance. None of the things I see myself going down are working. I need to practice with other things.

Thanks guys,

Tracie

I never got a deep trance from visualisations. But observing my breath or doing Monroe Focus 10 exercises worked for me, neither of which is visual.

I function similar to Korpo here. Although its mixed for me. Monroes focus 10 works the best for me, the next best thing is just wanting to go "deeper" and at the same time just observing your breath.
Visualizing an elevator or something like that keeps my mind to busy I guess.
