I wasnted to take up iron body. iron shirt chi kung. I found this book online. it speaks of Mircoscopic orbit, I was wondering is mirco orbit the same as tactile image energy work? I haven't really looked into mirco orbit but I do want to take my energy work to the next level.

this book also says that mirco orbit is the prerequisit for iron shirt and tai chi after.

Hi Iron Gega.
No, you are comparing apples and oranges. For example, tactile energy and visualization are two different ways to feel/move energy, but the pattern of movement can be different, and the Microcosmic Orbit (MCO) is one of the possible patterns.

The Microcosmic Orbit (of which we have a thread about in the Energy Work subforum) (http://www.astraldynamics.com.au/showthread.php?4425-Micro-Cosmic-Orbit-Small-Circulation-Lesser-Heavenly-Cycle) is a specific exercise for moving and raising energy, while tactile imaging is a way to feel and move energy. You can use tactile imaging (NEW) to do the microcosmic orbit, however.
If you want to compare one of Robert's energy raising techniques to the MCO, Robert's Full Body Circuit (http://www.astraldynamics.com.au/content.php?217-Part-9-Energy-Raising-and-Storage)approximates the MCO.
