Last year I experimented alot with LSD and have some horrifying experiences from it. I feel like Ive learnt alot from the experiences, but now I want to leave those memories behind, as they are literally HAUNTING me.

How can I leave behind the paranoia and negative mind set that has not left me?

For that you have to start with therapy. Find a good counselor. I don't mean psychiatrist, I mean psychologist who does talk therapy, and go from there.

Give it time. Trust me here...just give it time.

Some people walk away from such experimentation and find zero lingering leftovers, for others, it can take a bit. That's a chem subject to extreme variation, all depending on the person's set. In addition to CFTraveler's advice, I recommend you do some research on the range of experiences that can follow. You may be surprised at what you find. Google Scholar is preferable to a few million random's giving flip opinions on the web, so I'd start there (+ your visit to a talk therapist).

Find a counselor or psychologist that will help you process and accept these memories.
