Hey,
I've collected a list of "energy movement" maneuvers or alchemy related techniques (greatest thanks to RB and AC). It'd be important to complete the list with other ones, so feel free to go on posting in this thread:
1.Taoists’ microcosmic orbit.
2.Chakra stimulation.
3.Dan tien clearing (moon>sun>navel).
4.Dragon raising (hood).
5.Healing (legs>groin>heart>arms>navel).
6.Third eye (legs>groin>heart>3rd eye<crown).
Some energies to play with:
1.Earthy and heavenly.
2.From sexual stimulation in the penis (or/and prostate) or vagina.
3.From testes or ovaries.
4.From the air around.
