Hello,
just reporting in, I've slowed down in my overwhelming need to astral project and am concerntrating on energy work and relaxing at the moment.
I have not projected yet but I am consistently still working towards my goal and looking forward to posting my first experience.
Does anyone have any tips please?
Currently I do energy work on my chakras nearly daily starting with my base imagining coloured tennis balls as described in astral dynamics listening to OBE sleep affirmations before sleep.
I feel like I'm building up to officially starting MAP as I want to do it right, I can't say I feel anything from the energy work yet ...

MAP includes energy work as part of the training, and starts out doing tertiaries, secondaries, and finally primaries (chakras). I feel this is the correct order in which to do it, so when you say you're doing energy work with imagined tennis balls on your chakras I hope you mean 'sponging', and have been prestimulating your tertiaries and secondaries before getting into the chakras themselves.
Other than that, good job. Are you going to start the CD version of MAP, or the book version?

hi,
Thank you I was doing it wrong- but now I'll start with what you are saying - I have the CD version and the book of MAP but I have a very exciting development that occurred last night that I have to post but on a different thread please read it as I'm not sure what it means but it is very significant !!!!!!!!
