Try this link.

It is the response from a Vaidya (ayurvedic doctor)

I started having the same thing and was advised at my semi annual medical. It is now benign and I have lost the symptoms. My Vaidya specifically mentioned drinking more water to flush the bladder and urinating as soon as the impulse arrives and eating Daikon radish amoungst other things.

Good luck!

For treatment, saw palmetto is well known to work. Omega 3 fatty acids from fish oil are good, too. For prevention, there are kegel exercises for men which can help reduce the odds of future problems.

Yes, I understand. Works for me. Works wonders, in fact. I believe in natural healing. Unfortunately, I'm not sure my friend does, or how to bring up the subject.

You see, I happened to discover his problems by accident. And I'm not sure he would take it nicely if I were to let him know what I discovered. So I am limited in what I can do directly.
