Where are things sensed using clair senses from?

I'm afraid I don't understand the question. I get "things sensed" but what do you mean by asking where they're from?

I'd say the short answer is 'memory'. Memory of the physical, astral, mental, and possibly 'outside of time', whatever that is.

The question is: when you hear, see, ect. things with your clair senses that's not there physically where is the thing you're sensing located?

It's not located anywhere in timespace, it's a bunch or neurons firing in your brain creating a picture. The information, however, comes from your brain, i.e. see my first answer.

If you want to get metaphysical, it's most probably in the mental plane, where ideas first are formed, before they manifest any'where' else. If the ideas produce emotional content, then they first appear in the mental plane, and then in the astral plane. That's the general metaphysical understanding on where ideas come from.

Clair senses are the metaphysical senses ;
clairvoyance~sight
clairaudience~hearing
clairsentience~feeling
clairgustience~smelling & tasting

These are the extrasensory abilities to perceive the non physical realities. They are not phantoms of the mind but are the very real perceptions of the live projectors, spirits ,angels, demons, subtle energy, planes , elemental beings et cetera which are perceived either in the physical plane where the magician's body exists or where an aspect of the magician has projected.

There are diverse planes of consciousness. The higher planes are temporally stable and common to all projectors. When a magician projects to Shamballah what they see there will be seen by any other projectors with them and it will be there in that same place when they return. So that the Hall of Warriors is always on the left of the river of enlightenment where it meets the sea and on the right of that river valley is the Temple of Dragons.

But the astral planes are not objective and temporarlly stable. These are more transient and dream like mutable and idiosyncratic to the viewer. If you project to another and both recall meeting in the astral one will see roller blades where the other sees a jetpack . There may be little that is shared in perception.

In the lower planes there is temporal stability also if one proceeds past the subetheric. These highest and lowest planes are the least corruptable and this is where the elemental beings continue to exist such as the leprechauns, goblins, eleves, faeries et cetera. All planes bleed into each other they are like concentric spheres and then again like moving through a simple veil., like a hypercube.The clair senses perceive this plane and that one concurrently.

Until the magician open their eyes, they can not perceive the full spectrum of consciousness or the full creation of the universes in which other sentient beings exist. The mystic continues to be a pioneering magician exploring new terrains and mapping them out so that they might follow those pathways in subsequent lives by rereading the tomes they wrote in this one and so that the universal mind evolves;

" Silence is Betrayal I will share all the truth I discover."
