I find that sitting in loose comfortable clothing barefooted in a comfortable arm chair in dimly lit room is conducive.
Close the physical eyes. Draw breath down the crown , through the spine and out the toes . Then draw energy upward from the soles of the bare feet to the heart to the third eye. Sit in the Now. Visions will appear. Enter one. Teachers will appear to lead you to realms , follow them. Or , when just beginning try standing up out of the heavy body and walking in the RTZ of your room.
