Hi Gang,

Do you want to have a really kewl set of (new) sensations? Try this; if you haven't already done so.

Lie down, relax; trance. Let your Real Time body exit. Let it rise above and parallel to your Physical body. (Do not look at your Physical body at this time--look at the ceiling)

Start to rotate, relative to yourself along your longitudial axes. In other words, try to keep your Real Time body fixed in space and let your perception of the physical plane rotate around you. Watch as your Physical body moves past your field of view.

Let the rotation continue for however long you'd like; all the while watching your Physical body as it moves in and out of your field of view. KEWL SENSATION!!!

When you get good at this, try rotation around your yaw and pitch axes. WOW.
