I feel as though I am not progressing. About 7 months ago I was having some pretty consistant crazy experiences. I'll just recount my most vivid. I had gone to bed meditating...I feel asleep then sometime during the night I became concious and i was completly paralyzed. I tried hard to move my arm and it broke free. I was waving my arm in the air however when i looked at where my arm was waving there was nothing! but i could feel my arm there so i looked closely and to my utter amazement i could see my arm....My Astral Arm! it look as though it was made of water...i was wigling my fingers and they were transparent like...kinda reminds me of Terminator 2 but instead of silver it was clearish. At this point I was 98.235% conscious...thinking as normally as i am now (except i was very excited and dazzled). My next idea was to see if my arm would go through the wall i was next to...i ran my fingers along the wall feeling the texture and then pressed into it...there was a little resistance and then my hand went through...i could feel the texture of each layer of the wall. then i felt something sting my hand which made me react to pull it away and then i was in my body in the physical absorbing what had just happened!

Anyways i have not had such an event as such for many months...i'm not sure what i am missing now, i suppose at the time i had more time to meditate throughout the day as i was in school and was ahead in my work so i would stay home and meditate and had little to no stress. now i have a job that takes up a lot more of my time and other things as well. however i believe that i am progressing spirtually i suppose as i feel energy better now and i feel my chakras more easily...i'm also having more vivid dreams more frequently...i just want to project and be able to project at will!

basically i'm just speaking out here for myself in an attempt to solve a problem i'm feeling....as any advice is much appreciated and welcome, ultimately it is my own attitude on the subject that will help me out of my conceived rut

i guess my biggest thing is usually i will become concious and feel myself slipping from my body but i can never see! its always black and i feel myself floating around until i am lost and disoriented and i try to open my eyes and poof i'm in the physical....argggggggg. this is my block, being able to see once i float out. or being able to control where i float tooo

i'm looking forward to this week cuz i will be attending Robert Bruces workshop here in Vancouver and i don't have to work for those three days so the plan is to do lots of meditation and see if i can have some break throughs!

hope to hear anyones comments or stories of experiences!

Hi mhat..!
First, please, give answer to some questions I’ve for you:
1 - What was the subject of your meditations at the time of your projection..? (7 months ago)
2 - What is the method you follows when meditate..?
3 - Why do you meditate lying at bed..?
My best regards,
Sincerely
Natalia Parker

It was awhile ago but I think mostly I would just try to keep my mind clear and focus on the mindspace area behind my closed eyes. The projection was spontaneous and I could only get my astral arm out. Most of my projections occur when I am asleep and will spontaneously become concious...I will feel myself float out of my body but I will have no sight. I know meditating in bed isn't the best because we are programmed to goto sleep there. I've been trying in a chair lately.

Regarding having no sight: I have this problem during conscious projection sometimes. The way of solving it is to move away from your body. After around 6 feet or so vision seems to appear.
