Hi,
I want to share this with you all.
I have just now noticed this difference between these nervoussystems, that you have to gain sertain level of peace to be able to consiously feel and know the difference between these systemīs, and I really mean deep down, it is not enough to understand with our mind, you have to know it deeper.
As long as you have still in your life "outer" stressors even you know to do yoga or meditation or what ever you do to lower your stress in your life, but as long as you have somekind of outer stress you do have your symphatic system activated and are only able to know about the parasymphatic system but canīt enter it fully.
So to be able to heal you have to find all outer as well inner stress and face it to be able to relese it.
For me only to know this difference is doing a big difference in my healing process, so to stop or minimize the stress in life are makeing healing possible totally both in mind and body.

Yes you are right, but if you look at it at the deepest level, where it workīs...you can see that if you do not get good rest because of your fight and flight is on all the time, you get problems, and if you have not located your also both inner and outer stressors you will get problems with both stomach and when not get enough of sleep you canīt function....and that stomach has same neronīs as brain has...so you see how clever your stomach is, is like a second brain...so listen to your body and when body is relaxed and your stomach is cool and you know that you get enough of deep sleep then your stressors are taken care of :cool:...I did see this on the very deep level of itīs function and now I know what is left to do, so to speak.

Medicin do not take this away, like sleeping medīs, you have to locate the problem so to speak.
