I'm can't click links in the postings - nothing happens. I'm sure it's my old laptop's fault; needs a tune-up. But I had to ask if anybody else here is having trouble.

Nope, mine works fine.
Try right-clicking on it and opening it on a new tab/window. Could even be your browser.

Sounds like you have a bad internet connection. I would try rebooting. If this doesn't fix it then - Are you using Internet Explorer? Do you get an error message? Did you make any changes to your computer prior to this problem?

Definitely a problem on your end (there's no way it could be on the server side, due to the nature of how http works).

The usual troubleshooting process includes clearing the cache, clearing cookies, and rebooting. If none of that works, you have to think that maybe it's the browser misbehaving, and try using a different one to test.
