Hi thanks for the wonderful program , its a keeper .

In section 6 chapter 8 on your talk about long term sessions ,

You say to brush the bottom of the foot from toes to heels.

My question is , is it only from the toes to heel and then flip back to the toes or brush back also from the heel to toes?

or is either way is fine?

my intention here is to brush the feet both ways.

This has profound effects during a long session.

Keeping a mind that you need to be relaxed and really 'settle' into the work, so you are relaxed and content and happy doing this. If you have to force yourself to do it, you are still fighting over the 'boredom barrier' and this will cause some tension that will interfere with the higher functioning of the Chakras and energy body.
