Lets go check it out!
It is in the bermuda triangle near cuba, 600 feet below the ocean. I did a little poking around this morning. It's plenty safe.
Im so excite.
Not because the legend, but because it feels like a missing piece of me, you know?

It is still mostly unexplored by civilians. So I think it would be great to check it out first so we can verify. Also, theres more to see via AP than by submarine. I've seen some cool stuff already :)

Here is an article on it if you want to see a few photos first.

Have fun! Happy exploring :D

I got more info when I searched 'sunken ruins cuba' instead of 'atlantis' (which is in retrospect me getting overly exited). Sunken cities are cool! If any of them are actually atlantis (did it even exist?) cant be confirmed.

Better info on the Cuban underwater city: http://badarchaeology.wordpress.com/2012/10/28/an-underwater-city-west-of-cuba/

Its not 600 feet down, its 600 meters down! 2k-2.5k feet, how amazing.

I actually saw these pyramids mentally before it was news when I was investigating that area 6 or so years ago. I thought they were random imaginings. Recently it has been interesting mentally freediving to see it. I love to freedive physically, it takes courage, that can cary over to when doing it mentally, but when all that water bothers me I just pretend its air. Flying isn't as weird.
Seen some strange things, but nothing that really jumps out as definitive yet.
